Job Description
The BAE Systems ES Finance function is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst I. In this role, this individual would be responsible for developing and analyzing proposals and related data, primarily for U.S. Government agencies. This role is part of the C4ISR business area within the Electronic Systems sector.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• The selected candidate must possess excellent communication skills to enable productive exchange with various functional areas.
• This will be needed to obtain an understanding of the product and the correct way to price products.
• The position will require analytical skills to ensure reasonable pricing.
• The candidate will need to ensure all proposals are compliant with the government requirements. This may require pushback to the functional areas to ensure compliancy. This will require a team effort where your voice will represent the finance position.
• A major task will be reading basis of estimates. This will require reviewing historical information and following there rationale to ensure there final estimates are correct.
• The position will lead to negotiations with the customers and obtaining a executable contract award.
  

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor Of Science degree in business administration (or related; finance, economics, accounting, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exp. with Adobe Acrobat PDF application

Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Exp. with ProPricer is a 'nice to have' (this application will be used heavily in the role)
