About the position:
The PA Media Group President provides visionary leadership, guiding our PA market newsroom along with our sales and marketing operations, to achieve strategic and operational business goals. This position creates the vision and culture that drives the strategies, budgets and tactics to achieve revenue goals and advance our company’s mission. As a practiced listener, effective communicator, and intentional collaborator capable of building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, this individual will ensure overall growth and success of the organization.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- At least 10 years’ experience in the operational management of a multi-divisional news media organization, including revenue responsibility
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of building diversified, profitable revenue models within a news media organization
- The ability to effectively represent the Company‘s strategic vision and goals, leading change locally
- Commitment to strengthen and develop connections in the local community and increase our Diversity and Inclusion efforts, forwarding our mission to represent the communities we serve
- The ability to build strong relationships, set and communicate direction, and keeping teams motivated and focused on highest priorities and objectives
- Proven inclusive leadership skills to inspire the leadership team to continuing a positive employee experience to attract and retain talent
