About this gig:

• Emergency Childcare Services is seeking passionate and committed teachers to work in local daycares and preschools to assist with the day to day needs of the facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a genuine passion for working with children. We don’t bounce you around from center to center and you can stay at the same center as long as that center has a need. We will send you to a new assignment if the current one ends.

What This Job Looks Like:

• Engage - Care for children between ages six weeks to 4 years (depending on the needs of the center).
• Play – Have fun with age-appropriate toys, crafts, and activities while you’re with the kids that are in the classroom.
• Safety - Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
• Assist with diaper changing

Schedule:

• Part-time/Full-time (3 or 5 days per week) You pick
• Monday through Friday
• Typical hours are 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm (depends on the needs of the center, please be flexible)

Requirements:

• Clean and neat appearance
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel up to 30-minutes to destination
• Reliable cellphone access with internet and email capabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Your own vehicle that is not shared
