About us

Knowledge Tree Children's Academy is an amazing preschool located in beautiful Rocklin. We offer children an opportunity to learn and grow in a stimulating environment with a story book curriculum. Children are invited into our spacious classrooms, they will create in our art studio and learn basic cooking skills in our children's Multi Cultural Kitchen.

Full time positions are for the following: Toddler and preschool rooms

Shift: 9am -6pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with co-teachers to lead and plan curriculum activities that stimulate children interest and ability following Knowledge Tree requirements.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean classroom by continually restoring and enhancing the environment suitable for children.
• Participate in staff meeting and professional development training.
• Provide daily intake of children and close communication with parents.
• Maintain records on each child’s progress and development for planning and evaluation.
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing center standards.
• Be flexible to work in other classroom and other schedule if needed

Qualifications and Skills

• MUST have at least 12 Core ECE Units or Completed 6 ECE units and in process of the other 6 ECE units
• We prefer 1 or more years of experience working in a child care center
• Be able to lift at least 45 lb weight
• Team Player
• Be able to Provide Health report and TB clearance.
• Have current certification in pediatric first aid, CPR or willing to obtain
• Positive and motivated attitude is very important
• Open-minded for new challenges and learning
• Clean and organized
• References from previous employers
• Willing to have a work interview
