The ability to maintain a supremely clean work environment maintaining high standards of workplace sanitation

Familiarity with food prep techniques

Knife Skills are a MUST.

Diner Experience a huge plus!

Must be able to work full shift standing on feet. Ability to carry 15+ lbs if necessary.

Assist with all duties as designated by Head Chef or Sous Chef

Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times

Set up stations & all supplies to prepare for service in advance of opening

Prepare all foods per The Shed standards learned during training.
