Job Duties:

• Prep food product for the day; includes preparing fried foods for the hot case, and making soups and gravy.
• Assist other cooks and staff; deliver food in a fast-paced environment if needed.
• Learn hot/cold times and temperatures for each food item.
• Operate kitchen machinery: slicer, mixers, fryers, packaging machine.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Help maintain inventory and proper rotation of product.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Follow proper safety and food handling procedure.

Job Location: Stinker Store #213, located at 302 Airport Road, Rawlins WY, 82301

Work Hours: Part Time (8-29 hours/week)

Shifts: 1nd & 3rd Shift

Days: Days and times may vary including weekends

Requirements: Must be 18 years old, must complete food safety class within 90 days of hire date
