- Must be able to work weekends and nights
- Produce high-quality food products, using proprietary recipes, that look and taste great
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- 1-2 years of experience as a Prep Cook in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting
- Ability to accurately follow a written recipe and maintain a weekly Prep List
- Posseses good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
