Practice: Florham Park Multispecialty and Behavioral Health

Location: Florham Park

Hours: 830am to 5pm

Must haves: Experienced practice manager with 5 years of busy primary care or specialty physician practice experience,

Experience managing staff, interviewing and hiring, daily operations, practice productivity, finance and budget reports and variance explanations, building physician relationships, and proficient with electronic medical record system, Epic is a plus,

Experience with collaborating with senior management to ensure meeting practice performance and satisfaction expectations for the practice,

Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus,
