Responsibilities:
In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patient's journey by:
  • Work with leadership, HR, and other central units to develop and establish policies, procedures, and objectives; ensure their adequate execution, compliance, and updates.
  • Evaluate general and specific business conditions as they relate to operational issues and advises the governing body and the Executive Director on these matters.
  • Advise and assist in developing organizational objectives, and plan for their achievement.
  • Within scope of authority, ensure the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activities based upon business need.
  • Direct the coordination of hardware and software requirements of existing and future systems.
  • Monitor, analyze, assess, and communicate practice progress; consider present and planned capacity; in financial terms, consider manpower and practice needs, including facilities and technology.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary management reports to carry out functions of practice; prepare other periodic reports as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to the organizations structure, management philosophy, and mission statements.
  • Oversee development and coordination of new office locations and their needs as required.
  • Supervise all practice staff; responsible for assessing skill and performance level of all practice staff within sites of responsibility; perform yearly evaluations; responsible for hiring, promotion, professional development, disciplinary actions and termination processes of practice staff.
  • Clinical work direction provided by physicians.
Qualifications:
This position allows all levels of experience .

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skill in financial planning.
