Job Description Summary

Perform a wide range of duties to produce products of the highest quality standards safely and efficiently.

Job Duties

· Operate the Gruber in the main production area

· Precision work to include the use of digital scaling of chemicals and materials

· Participation in safety and safety activities; control the speed of workflow

· Meet production standards

· Handling of hardware, fiberglass and materials used in polymer manufacturing

· Handling aluminum, fiberglass, and steel molds

· Regular work attendance

· Visual inspections of completed product, use of a sanding stone to eliminate sharp edges

· Other duties may be assigned as needed

Education / Experience

· No prior experience required, all on site training due to the specifics of the process

· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge / Skills / Ability

· Able to speak and comprehend English

· Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, multiplication)

· Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

· Ability to write simple correspondence

Work Environment

· Frequent pushing and pulling of empty and/or full forms

· This job involves the following physical demands walking, standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items

· Thermoset plastics emit low levels of off gassing, this work area requires the use of a respirator per OSHA PELs and TWAs for up to 8 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour
