If you are a Post-Doctoral Resident and have the desire to work as part of an integrated treatment team, you are invited to join us in playing a vital role in assisting older adults and residents of long-term care facilities emotionally recover from the unprecedented impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has played in their lives. Although COVID-19 itself is no longer an immediate threat in the long-term care (LTC) environment, the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral sequalae of this past year and a half are evident, and we at Deer Oaks are committed to doing our part to help individuals and facilities recover. This postdoctoral program will allow you to focus on psychotherapy and psychological/neuropsychological assessment with the geriatric population.
