Portfolio Property Manager - Retail Shopping Centers
Job description
We're hiring a commercial property manager with 7+ years of experience managing retail properties. We are a growing commercial real estate firm based in Miami. This position is located in the Miami office with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance.
- Regularly communicate with tenants, vendors, owners/investors to ensure smooth operations with all parties.
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent service to investors by thoroughly managing their assets.
- Assist with new acquisitions and conduct due diligence.
- Budgeting and CAM reconciliations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience managing 10 or more retail properties.
- Experience at a large property management/commercial real estate firm preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CAM and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization skills and time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
