Our client was founded in the 1960's and has built out their portfolio to consist of over 60 residential/commercial properties. Our client is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the operations of 10 residential properties!

Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:

• Process payables
• Communicate with tenants and vendors
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants
• Manage and oversee contractor projects at the properties
• Provide assistance for the Property Manager as needed
  

Portfolio Manager Requirements

• Knowledge of residential real estate leases
• Previous experience in residential real estate
• Highly professional
• Incredibly strong communicator
• Experience balancing multiple projects at once
• Ability to multitask effectively
