This Multi-Family Community, located in Spring Valley, is looking for their next best Manager!
If you are a well organized, personable individual, with strong computer skills - and common sense- this position is for you! Perfect for someone who is already WFH, Retirees, or someone looking to get out of a roommate situation, but wants to be able to afford both housing and groceries.
For as little as 10 hours per week you will receive not only a pay check, but also an onsite 2br apartment way below market value!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Responding to Maintenance requests from Residents
*Showing vacant Units as needed
*Prepare and process rental applications
*Enforcing all Community Rules and Regulations, in accordance to FHA
*Patrol Community to ensure the Common Areas, Landscaping, etc are in good Condition
*Be a GREAT neighbor!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
