THE CABOT GROUP is looking for an individual who is dependable, honest and cooperative.

SUMMARY: Accounting responsibilities for assigned residential and commercial real estate property management accounts. The timely and accurate preparation of accounting assignments with a commitment to the delivery of superior customer service and communication.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts receivable processing.
• Cash receipts processing.
• Accounts payable processing.
• Cash disbursements processing.
• Adjusting journal entry processing.
• Trial balance preparation and review.
• Financial statement preparation and review.
• Account analysis and independent audit assistance.
• Annual budget preparation assistance.
• Central office accounting assistance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: A minimum of 3 years accounting experience. Including trial balance and financial statement preparation in an automated accounting environment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Undergraduate degree with a concentration in accounting.

WORK STYLE: Warm, outgoing and friendly. Cooperative, enthusiastic, honest and dependable.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
