Job Duties:

Supervision of all Plumbing activities.

Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.

A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.

Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.

Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.

Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.

Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment
REQUIREMENTS:
-
5+ years of Residential Plumbing Experience running all day to day activities such as ordering materials, scheduling, P&L, reports, meetings budgets, etc.

Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.

The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.

A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.

Valid driver’s license

Knowledge of computer systems and software.
