What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Plumbing Service Manager who will support, lead and grow our team to the next level! This individual will create, Improve, and maintain Done's high standards of 5 Star customer service to elevate Done to be clearly the best home service company in Denver, CO, and the nation. This is achieved with consistent ride-a-longs, coaching, on-boarding supervision, and delivering relevant training/meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Coach team for Triple Win (Team, Company, Customer)
• On-boarding new team members (train up top techs to on-board, oversee the process, dedicated oversight of techs freshly launched)
• Promote and enforce Done standards (workmanship, service, trucks, appearance)
• LMA (Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable) including 1:1s, team meetings, disciplinary action, etc.
• Consistent involvement in Done sponsored & team building events
• Track technician interactions, performance, & coaching methods for technician
• Available for phone coaching
• Work with dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
• Meeting weekly with Dispatch Manager to review team schedule, specific technician needs & to review scorecards for areas to surpass goal.
• Consistently provide service & sales performance support to the techs via ride alongs, site visits & coaching calls

Skills & Abilities:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred.

Experience: 5+years of Plumbing experience, previous supervisory experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and ability to learn new software.

Certifications & Licenses: Valid Driver's License

Other Requirements: At least Journeyman license (Master Plumbing License preferred!)
