Manor House is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Plumber position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Seaford, DE.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, repairing, and replacing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. Checks building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations. Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of piping. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program
- Minimum of one year plumbing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Building Codes and Safety Requirements (OSHA)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
