We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to be the liaison for the Planview application. The product manager will be responsible for working with the business team to define the product vision and managing the product development process to ensure customer needs are met. Other responsibilities include managing all Planview upgrades and implementations and supporting all AmeriHealth Caritas departments. Assist with the design and delivery of Change Management Program with all organizational levels. Work with Planview Account Manager to lead the AmeriHealth Caritas team toward achieving the company’s strategy and goals.
Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and Planview.
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to business stakeholders.
- Defining Planview features according to business stakeholders’ needs.
- Keeping customers and business stakeholders informed of the status of the Planview features.
- Leading the development process.
- Managing and prioritizing release items.
- Identifying areas of improvement opportunities and implementing strategic change initiatives to improve business processes.
- Providing support and training to the Planview Portfolios Administration team.
- Developing and delivering user training to AmeriHealth Caritas associates.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous working experience as a product manager.
- Five to ten (5-10) years of Planview Product knowledge.
