Plant Superintendent
Salary Range: Up to $115K
Target Bonus: 10%
Location: Chicago, IL area (near O’Hare Airport)
Company will provide relocation expenses
Job Description
· BS/BA degree required
· This position will be groomed to become a plant manager at this or another site
· Manufacturing experience required
· Manage production operation and manufacturing equipment
· Responsible for managing the costs associated with with manufacturing operations, quality of materials produced, and safety of plant personnel
· Develop and lead staff in the day-to-day operations
· Ensure that the facility is running in compliance with company safety and regulatory policies
· Ensure maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
· Manage manufacturing budget
· Investigate customer complaints
· Staff and train employees according to production needs
