First State Tire is looking for Shop Leads to work along side our Tire Inspectors/Graders, Loaders/Lacers & Unloaders! This position will be trained to cover/fill-in when the department Supervisor is unavailable.
Tire Inspectors/Graders, Loaders/Lacers & Unloaders job description:
- Rolls tires from trucks/trailers.
- Sorts good tires from end-of-life tires.
- Keeps accurate count of tires.
- Keep time logs and records time taken to unload.
- Basic knowledge of math required.
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Move stacks of tires from graders to appropriate trailer and load them in an efficient manner to be shipped.
- Load orders for customers professionally and accurately.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Willing to be trained on grading and inspecting tires.
- The setting involves regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
Hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.
