Hall’s Culligan in Santa Ana is searching for a Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and will enjoy being physically active throughout the day.

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including portable exchange tank regeneration, equipment maintenance, shipping and receiving, along with plant production and warehouse operations.

Hall’s Culligan is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. Responsibilities

• All aspects of portable exchange plant production; tilt, transfer, tank rolling and quality control
• Regenerating resin for portable exchange tanks to ensure a high quality product
• Load and unload trucks and product shipments
• Clean and organize the warehouse and maintain plant equipment
• Open/close the warehouse as assigned
• Abide by all required company policies, rules and regulations
• Conduct self in a positive and cooperative tone with fellow co-workers and management

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift / push / pull a minimum of 45lbs on a repetitive basis and 100lbs periodically
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to follow and execute manager instruction
• Excellent organizational skills
• Organized with the ability to be a team player
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
