Job Summary
The Building Level Plant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the physical plant services at the building level in accordance with policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our system to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Physical plant services consist of four major functional areas: maintenance, safety, custodial, environmental services.
