Job description
We are looking for a hard working, ambitious and positive person to join our growing brand at Slice on Broadway.
As a Pizza Maker, you will be expected to hand toss fresh dough and create mouth watering pizzas and other menu items to order and assist the kitchen with any other needs during service.
Below are some other detailed duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Worked with pizza before, preferably in a shop with fresh dough experience.
- Capable of hand stretching fresh dough
- Able to work directly on a wooden pizza peel and move the topped pizza off into the oven.
- Be able to watch two or more deck ovens while adhering to Slice pizza standards.
- Expo experience is helpful, with a high volume of tickets.
- Great customer service/phone skills in a high volume environment.
