- Pit Director will perform duties including but not limited to choosing student instrumentalists to play in the pit, teaching the students in the pit, and conducting the pit during rehearsals and performances with the cast and crew.
- Successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students to ensure each child reaches his/her full potential.
- Good attendance and punctuality are a must to ensure that the duties and responsibilities of the job are performed successfully.
- Must be able to climb stairs.
- Experience working with high school musicals.
- Degree in music education preferred.
