In our rural area, we tend to do more proedures than your typical city clinic. You will also see a more diverse set of patients with a wider range of conditions. You will be supervised by Dr. Randy Hancock, D.O., who has been serving this rural area for over two decades. He is readily avalible for counsel both personally and by phone. He has a lot of knowledge of different procedures and other medical techniques.

You will find that we are not a typical medical clinic. We pay per patient, so your income is based on your volume. Seeing 100 patients per week 50 weeks per year, your gross income would be about $158,000. If you can handle more volume, the pay would be higher.

Because you get paid for what you do, you have the ability to control your own schedule. You can generally take off when you like as long as the patients are still able to be cared for consistently throughout the year.

We do have a 401K plan, but no health insurance plan yet (we are working on it!). We will always accomodate your and your immediate family for primary care free of charge, and typically our specialist partners will help you out for free as long as you are able to maintain a positive relationship with them.

We have an excellent medical assistant ready and trained for the provider we decide to hire. We also participate in the NHSC provider loan forgiveness program.

This is a W-2 job, we cannot accept 1099 workers. You must be able to legally work within the USA.
