Job description
Due to growth, well-established Geriatric Medical practice in the Tri-Cities, Richmond, and Ashland areas has a FT opening for a certified Physician Assistant to work in a LTC Facility. Qualified candidates should be able to work well independently in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective decision-making skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently day to day, but as part of a dynamic team of providers as well.
Will be responsible for providing care and proper education to patients, obtaining health histories, performing exams and assessments, determining treatment plans, administering medication, etc.
Must have excellent communication skills, bedside manner, and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and a solid work ethic.
2+ years experience working as a PA needed, and must have prior experience working in a LTC facility. Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant Program is required.

Pay: From $157,000.00 per year
