Oriol Therapy Services, part of the Oriol Health Care Family, has openings for a Physical Therapy Assistant! The Oriol Health Care family has been providing top notch quality care to the community for over 50years!
We have a Per Diem Position available with weekend availability.
General Summary: to provide physical therapy services in the facility or other appropriate settings consistent with professional standards and policies.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Perform patient assessments and evaluations to determine functional level and establish a therapeutic program.
- Develop a plan of care with the overall plan of care to include goals and discharge plans.
- Document ,within time frames, observations, patient's response to treatment, treatment programs, degree of progress and notable changes in patient condition.
- Communicate and coordinate patient care with other members of the patient's health care team.
- Provide physical therapy in accordance with physician's orders and accepted professional practices.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
Licensed in the state of practice.
