Orchard Post-Acute Care in Vacaville, California, has a new owner and they are bringing their therapy department in-house.

We are taking our therapy department In-House to better serve our patients and residents. At Orchard Post-Acute Care Center, our focus is not on productivity or profit margin, but rather how the patient is doing and if they could tolerate additional treatment time.

We are looking to add a Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA, to our team for a PRN position.

The ideal candidate would be California licensed in good standing, familiar with Optima/Nethealth software, able to manage time efficiently and effectively, resourceful, a problem-solver with positive professional demeanor, have a proactive attitude and work-style, able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and high level of customer service.

- Well equipped therapy gym

As an in-house rehab team member, you will be an employee of the facility and as such, you will be able to attend all facility events, trainings and any other unified tasks directed by the facility administration. This will create a "One Team, One Goal" mentality for all facility staff, including the therapy team. If you have never worked in an in-house therapy department setting, it may be time for you to experience it firsthand.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• California PTA License (Required)
