Professional Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine are looking to hire and support a physical therapist, with full-time and part-time options available.

Salary range based on experience and/or skill level. Quarterly bonus up to $3,600 per year. Additional Bonues on any Cash services rendered.

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Active State Physical Therapist License
