Aleca Home Health is looking to build our Home Health Therapy team – we are seeking experienced professionals who enjoy variety, mobility and are focused on the needs of our patients – come grow with us!

We also have open positions for PT's to provide Outpatient Therapy services and coordinated Therapy classes for our Sr. Living Program. Therapists provide on-site services in our partnered community living facilities. We assist and support residents and their families by providing therapy services in the comfort of their community. Full Time* or PRN - hourly paid position ($43-$48/HR).

Our services include nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social workers and home health aides. Specialized programming is available for those with COPD, pain, and congestive heart failure.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician; administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability; and, assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Current PT license through the AZ State Board of Physical Therapy required.
• A minimum of 2 years PT experience required.
• A minimum of 1 year Home Health PT experience preferred.
• Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents vaccination.
