Now offering a 10K sign-on bonus! We currently need a full-time Physical Therapist who shares our department’s mission to provide the highest quality PT services. Our practice consists of Physical Therapists and Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants clinicians working in an extensive orthopedic practice. We have a 1:1 or 1:2 PT tech to PT ratio. We have also started a new Orthopedic Residency Program.

Our clinic includes a functional training area, plenty of private treatment areas, and all equipment needed to provide a comprehensive treatment experience. Our site has a Return to Sports Program that helps prepare our patients to be event/field ready.

Our practice philosophy focuses on individualized care with an emphasis on manual therapy and functional training. All of our clinicians either hold or are working towards advanced certification. Our therapists follow their cases from start to finish. We keep our productivity standards low to ensure sufficient time with our patients. All PTs have a designated technician, so our therapists are not distracted by other tasks while treating.

New graduates will be considered if they are passionate about becoming a career orthopedic PT. All of our new graduate Physical Therapists complete a 3-month structured mentorship program. Our Mentorship program consists of shadowing/co-treating for the first 12 weeks of employment. There is a buildup of patients over a 12-week period. In addition, it consists of weekly meetings with your mentor, watching the surgeries, and following a physician or two during his day several times during the mentorship period.

Experienced orthopedic therapists are encouraged to apply. We have an excellent continuing education budget and leadership track and expect all our clinicians to exceed CEU state requirements. OCS mentoring is also available for qualified clinicians. It's our practice's goal to have all of our Therapists certified in Dry Needling, OCS, COMT, Maitland, or McKenzie. There is also Quarterly inservices with an Orthopedic physician. Within the office will be monthly staff meetings, including journal club or "ground rounds."

Experienced therapists with advanced certification have the opportunity to specialize further. We encourage a culture of steady professional growth and advanced certification.

• $1500 CME per year with additional opportunities for therapists working towards specialization or certification; Paid 100% McKenzie and/or Maitland Certifications.

• 9 paid holidays, 3 days personal, 3 days PTO for CEUs, 2 days sick, and 15 days of paid leave the first year. 2nd year, PTO increases to 20 days.
• We have a 401k and profit-sharing program. Together 401k and profit sharing have been 7% of the employee's salary for the past several years. We have a quarterly bonus as well as yearly raises. The bonus amount for the year is $6000 possible. Bonus is separate than yearly raises, which are to be merit-based
