Due to our continued to growth, we are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist (RPT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
We are looking for a proactive leader and caregiver with a positive “team player” attitude and meets the following requirements:
Graduate of an accredited therapy program - Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), COTA or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Current state licensure
Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
