Radiant Kids Therapy is a local, therapist-run company with an incredible team of high-caliber therapists (SLPs, OTs and PTs), great mentorship and strong therapist support! Our therapists’ job satisfaction and support is just as important to us as our clients’ satisfaction with the excellent services they receive. We are currently looking for a great full-time or part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist who loves kids, is professional, energetic, exudes kindness, is great at what they do and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.

We see all of our young clients in-home. As a therapist with Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in the North County Inland areas.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in the state of California
• At least one year of pediatric PT experience
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Available for at least 10 hours/week
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Good physical stamina and mental health
• Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
• Enjoy working with young kids (many of our clients are 0-3; we also see up through age 18)
• Ability to communicate well and establish rapport with clients’ caregivers
• Want to work with a supportive, therapist-owned company
• Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!

Compensation
Part-time hourly positions range from $55 - $66. Full-time salary positions range from $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and caseload size. All positions are W2 with benefits.
