Experience:
Outpatient Rehab
- Current, valid therapist license in Florida
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Secondary ID (social security is accepted)
- Great organization skills and ability to write detailed reports
License:
Physical Therapist (PT) license issued by the state of Florida.
