Southampton Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our FULL TIME Physical Therapist (PT) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Supports activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence.
Requirements:
The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained through:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred
  • Experience in adult neurologic, cardiac and/or general rehabilitation is preferred
  • Proficient in application of use of functional outcome measures to support development of therapy interventions
