What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Inbound Sales - NO COLD CALLING!
- Provide excellent customer service
- Professionally handle complaints
- Secure payments
- Assist current and prospective tenants
- Assist with training and provide additional support for the Sales Resource Center
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- Fast learner
- Computer savvy
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 or more years of relevant experience - preferable in sales or call center
- Motivated team player with a positive attitude
