The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy announces immediate openings for caring and compassionate full-time and part-time Pharmacy Technicians at our store in St Croix, USVI.

Job Opening: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Sunny Isle, St Croix, USVI

Status: Full-time and Part-Time Positions available

As a Pharmacy Technician you will be responsible for filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently. After training, the successful candidates job duties will include, but not limited to:

• Assist in preparing prescriptions by selecting the pharmaceutical or accessory from stock; counts, pours, reconstitutes or compounds, packages, and labeling the product as required
• Process incoming inventory orders and supplies, and verifying correct quantities are maintained in inventory records
• Perform inventory audit counts, process returns, stock shelves and price labelling as directed
• Assists in maintaining/replenishing inventory of medications, accessories, and federally controlled drugs

Previous pharmacy technician experience required

• Data Entry experience in a pharmacy environment
• Basic computer skills
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Preferred

• PTCB Certification (Preferred)
