We are seeking a Pharmacy Production Technician- Certified to become a part of our team! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients
- Assists patients at the pickup window
- Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders
- Process prescriptions using computer software
- Label and record dosage information
- Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
- Cash handling
- Works with the shipping department, and must be able to help restock OTC's/shelves
- Data entry, running monthly reports, working in numerous software systems
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
- Active Pharmacy Technician license
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge in Diabetes supplies preferred
- Job may require to lifting 20+lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
