Levine Law LLC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Injury Attorney to join its dynamic team in the Denver office. This is primarily an in-office position with some remote options. The firm’s focus is to help injury victims fight large insurance companies, and we are looking to hire someone who embodies the desire to fight for what’s right.
This position will be involved in all elements of the firm’s cases from intakes, pre-litigation, litigation, and workers’ compensation. This position comes with an huge amount of opportunity for exposure, experience, and financial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with and engage new clients for representation
- Evaluate and negotiate personal injury cases
- Regularly communicate with clients
- Review and summarize medical records
- Work with medical offices to confirm client injuries and treatment
- Identify and present cases at attorney roundtable for litigation
- Work with case managers, litigation attorneys, and partners to manage cases
- Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years personal injury experience
- Be licensed to practice in Colorado or have recently taken the Colorado Bar Exam
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Have a fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet simultaneous deadlines
