Fidelity Bank is looking to hire dedicated and attentive team members who aim to give clients an exemplary banking experience. We have immediate openings for Personal Bankers throughout our Lackawanna and Luzerne County offices who will work together to achieve established client service and sales objectives. In this role, you’ll be meeting the needs of our clients by becoming part of a great team of trusted financial advisors. Our ideal candidate will assist our clients with all aspects of their branch needs – account transactions, providing information about products and services, opening new accounts and consumer loans, consultative selling, and providing referrals to other lines of business – all training is delivered by our training team and in-branch mentors. As a member of the branch team, you will also assist with the duties for operating the branch office.

Offices are open on Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday hours.
