QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/AA/diploma in Nursing required.
• MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of RN leadership experience (2 years in hemodialysis) is needed.
• Ten years management experience in a Renal Dialysis program preferred
• Must have valid NY nursing license
• BLS certification required.
• Driver's license, able to travel to local area sites
• Knowledge of strategic business planning, budgets, revenue cycle, financial metrics), resource allocation, and management/leadership;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

POSITION SUMMARY

Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. The Regional Clinical Director provides clinical oversite and oversees the business and clinical operations to ensure appropriate quality, treatment, compliance and financial operations of site Dialysis Programs. Responsibilities include compliance, billing, inventory, staffing and employee relations. This position ensures all federal, state or local regulatory standards are maintained at all times; and functions as the point person for facility surveys and partners with facility leadership to resolve issues and expand census. The Regional Clinical Director manages the state leadership team to ensure quality patient care is provided by highly skilled and motivated caregivers.

DUTIES

Administrative:

• Ensures consistent quality of care, staff education/development and compliance at each location;
• Ensures each site is “survey ready” at all times;
• Monitors and actively works to adjust operational costs for each facility to align with census;
• Develops and implements plans to assure continuous improvement;
• Acts as a resource for patient medical issues.
• Acts as a member of the QAPI committee and Governing Body
• Conducts probationary and annual evaluation for direct reports

Communications:

• Encourages, monitors, and participates with site leadership and physicians;
• Holds regularly scheduled regional leadership meetings;
• Follows and role models the Dialyze Direct Principles of Behavior;
• Participates in QAPI and governing body meetings.

Management Resources/Staff:

• Supports sites to ensure they are adequately staffed to provide patient care based on census;
• Oversees overtime usage. 4)

Performs similar or related duties as requested or directed.

Annual salary is based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
