Job description
Valiant is seeking a skilled People Resources Administrator to assist the company's People Resources Team by participating in companywide initiatives, conducting research, and providing other support, as desired.
Responsibilities:
- Submit or enter required information into HRMS as directed, process new employee transactions, compensation actions and status changes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in offboarding associates accurately and efficiently.
- Have familiarity with policies and laws, answer employee HR related questions, participate in employee recognition efforts, and disseminate employee communications.
- Conduct new employee orientation as directed, track required annual training, facilitate annual training completion.
- Provide statistical reporting as directed.
- May be required to provide recruiting support by posting requirements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, checking references, maintaining system requirements, and making offers after approved.
- Process all employee correspondence as required Complete verifications of employment and background investigations and other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
