Great Lakes Recovery Centers is looking for a full-time Peer Recovery Coach. Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently, with empathy, listening skills, strong communication skills, basic computer and software literacy. A self-starter with little need for direct supervision & possess the ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 yrs. old;
- Have two (2) continuous years in recovery from addiction(s) with experience in navigating treatment and/or prevention services;
- Be willing to successfully complete the MDHHS Peer Recovery Coach training and Certification.
- Wage commensurate with experience. Fringe benefits included but not limited to: Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays. Health Insurance (including dental, vision, and prescription) & Life and AD&D Insurance.As an employee of Great Lakes Recovery Centers Inc., you may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans (Student Loans) after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.
