Teenage patient
Trach/Vent (Training/Refresher Provided)
Shifts: 9:00p-5:00a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Requirements:
- Eligible good-standing license (LPN) for the state in which you will practice
- Current CPR (online CPR is only accepted if there is a hands-on skills portion)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Two forms of identification i.e., drivers license or social security card
