Spring Arbor Senior Living in Cary, NC is seeking qualified Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide residents with routine care and comfort in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities under the supervision of the Resident Care Director and the direct supervision of the Supervisor-In-Charge (SIC). We have part time and full time opportunities available! The ideal candidates will be pleasant, patient, and demonstrate compassion for seniors and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Come join our amazing care team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as meals, bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, grooming and laundry
• Take residents' vital signs and observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition
• Respond to resident emergency call system
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and enthusiastically with residents, family members, team members, and the general public
• Assist Activities and Wellness Director with carrying out planned out activities

Qualifications:

Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
