Job Title: Payroll/T&E/HRMS Analyst
Pay Rate: $27 to 30.22/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

This position is for an international manufacturer of specialty materials.

We are looking for a Payroll/T&E/HRMS Analyst. This position is a long-term role and will exceed one year.

  • The analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining Payroll, T&E, and HRMS teams and systems.
  • Assume primary responsibility for daily entry of employee data changes, response to employee inquiries, T&E expense report reviews, control of assigned non-exempt timesheets, running and distribution of reports, and other support as needed.

Payroll Support

  • Handle routine entry of routine payroll change requests (Banking, W4, Additional Payments/Deductions)
  • Check back daily for returns and changes and handle data/wires accordingly
  • Handle electronic pay statement system password resets and access/registration issues
  • Investigate/Research/Respond/Track employee payroll inquiries
  • Ensure assigned Kronos non-exempt timesheets are entered and verified prior to finalizing payroll
  • Track assigned non-exempt employee approvers and backup approvers
  • Handle uploading non-Kronos time files and verifications for payroll processing
  • Assist with Biweekly payroll close and result reviews
  • Handle post-payroll processing A/P wire and check support documentation as assigned
  • Maintenance of Unemployment HR Contact lists and Garnishment/Wire/Checks tracking
  • Maintenance of Payroll Vendor Contact List
  • Handling Department Daily Mail/cash receipts of any incoming employee repayments
  • Train as backup support for other payroll department responsibilities
  • Opportunity to handle more Accounting-related responsibilities with the proper skill set

T&E Support

  • Review T&E Expense Reports/Receipts on a daily basis
  • Assist users with Concur T&E issues and advise employees on T&E policy
  • Handle release of T&E Cash pooler files
  • Conduct audits and T&E system maintenance (approval levels, approvers, etc)
  • Approve Citibank applications – daily check but approval as needed
  • Terminate Citibank cards – as termination notifications received
  • Run T&E and Corporate Card related reports
  • Depositing T&E-related checks
  • Creating Inpat taxation files and submitting Inpat expense report back up to Accounting

HRMS Support

  • Assist with form workflow and questions
  • Perform regular audits of HRMS, reforms vs SAP actions, bonus plans, pay statements, and other data
  • Enter address and emergency contact changes
  • Audit address changes biweekly
  • Send out Welcome Letters
  • Control file room including filing, organizing, and archiving
  • Maintain Bonus Plans, T&E Approver, Personal email, HR Remuneration Screen

Other Support

  • Review and completion of Uconfirm employment verifications
  • Complete PA new Hires and SS# verification
  • Complete Gift Card payroll processing uploads
  • Process ADP monthly invoices and ADP/Concur purchase orders
  • Schedule and coordinate interdepartmental meetings
  • Assist in special projects as required including acquisitions and divestitures

Context And Environment

  • Must input data into SAP HRMS modules timely and accurately, and understand the impact of this input on other HR processes (such as payroll, benefits, metrics, and reporting).
  • Requires knowledge of HR policies/procedures, and an understanding of the interrelationship between those policies/procedures and SAP HRMS.
  • Must be able to respond timely and effectively to inquiries from all levels of Company personnel.
  • Need to prioritize calls and requests.

Requirements

  • A high school degree is required, but a higher degree is preferred
  • Four years of experience in either an HR, Payroll, or other corporate environment is required.
  • Trained and proficient in the principles, practices, and standards of HR/Payroll Administration.
  • Familiarity with and working knowledge of HR/Payroll processes is required.
  • Experience with computerized HRMS systems is required
  • Experience and proficiency with SAP is highly preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency in multi-state payroll processing is preferred
  • Experience and proficiency with Concur T&E is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes, especially HR/Payroll processes and SAP HR processes is required.
  • Data entry experience is required.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $27.00 - $30.22 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
