Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 06 -12 months + Extendable
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payroll cash general ledger account utilizing Workday payroll records and One Source Virtual tax portal details
- Review and reconcile payroll tax liabilities and payments to ensure accuracy and validity
- Research outstanding unreconciled payroll tax or cash-related items and propose a resolution
- Document processes related to cash and tax
- Must have 3-5 years of payroll tax-related experience, and related general ledger reconciliation knowledge.
- Some Workday knowledge/experience is preferred, as is experienced with 3rd party taxpayer processed (ADP, One Source Virtual, Alight)
