We are a fast-growing organization that will provide you with an exciting ever learning opportunity. We are seeking to add a Payroll & Office Administrator to our Management team. The successful applicant will have ADP Workforce Now experience. You will process weekly payroll, interpret pay policies, and administer wage garnishments.

Compliance, partner with account team and operations leaders to onboard management. Assist with audits. Lead the administration of all employee changes across payroll groups.

Partner with owners on benefit plans and administration of those plans.

Requirements:

• Has ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Has Payroll experience.
• Has multi-state payroll experience.
• Must be meticulous with details, organized, and easily adaptable to a fast, ever-changing work environment.
• Possesses demonstrated analytical skills.
• Possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Has familiarity with Federal and State wage and hour laws.
• Has familiarity with Federal, State, and Local payroll taxes.
• Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Has a strong understanding of benefits administration preferred.
• Possesses an eagerness to learn other areas of HR in order to provide back-up and cross-training when needed.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
