Hydradry Inc was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Specialists! We are looking for motivated and versatile individuals to help our team grow within the organization. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation, restoration and general labor. We are currently in search for a Payroll Administrator.

Job and
Responsibilities

  • Oversee clock in times for all employees.
  • Use GPS Tracking software to account for employee’s times.
  • Verify and reconcile timecards prior to payroll processing.
  • Use of Microsoft
  • Calculate hours for each job daily and record in the job costing report.
  • Review and submit any documentation regarding child support or proof of employment to the proper revenues. Submit a copy of child support docs to payroll specialist.
  • Process Payroll, input garnishments, reimburse employee work related expenses, and input deductions as needed.
  • Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
  • Ensure all payroll documentation for employees is received for proper set-up.
  • Review all payroll deductions to ensure accuracy
  • Use GPS tracking software to verify timecards each pay period.
  • Input labor hours into job costing software for the purpose of accurate invoices
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Upload State/Wage withholding/Support Enforcement/Attorney Letters to employee’s file
  • Assist with Payroll Reporting as needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Other responsibilities and job responsibilities as assigned

  • Microsoft Office

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED with appropriate work experience; college coursework is preferred.

Pay Frequency:
